Piero Pini 

CEO & Founder

Piero is an architect with a specialization in project and development management. He started his career developing private and public projects. Years later, he founded his company working for the oil industry on infrastructure and development.

In 2015 he moved to the United States and explored a new and fascinating industry, restaurants, and hospitality. He opened Sake Room, a sushi restaurant with two locations, and Smoke Grill, a steak-focused restaurant, all three located in Florida.

In 2019, Piero founded Ripple Holdings, combining his previous experience in architecture, design, gastronomy, and nature.

His vision for the company blends his professional knowledge, entrepreneurial ventures, and skills with his
passion for wellness, innovation, and sustainability, always focusing on offering products with the highest quality.

José Antonio Maes Aponte, Esq.

José Antonio Maes Aponte, Esq. 

COO & Co-Founder

José Antonio is a successful lawyer who has excelled in public, corporate, political risk, and public policy law, specializing in human rights.

He is a professor at the University of Puerto Rico, a visiting professor of the Continuing Education Program for Lawyers at the University of Puerto Rico, and a Managing Member of Van Den Berg Law and Consulting.

Today, José Antonio is co-founder and COO of Ripple Holdings, transferring his knowledge and previous experiences to the company, supervising the performance of the operation, and ensuring compliance with all legal aspects.

Cristian Camilo Diaz

Cristian Camilo Diaz 

Research & Development

Cristian is a chemist with two master’s degrees in toxicology, environmental toxicology, and risk assessment for health and the environment.

With extensive experience in chemical risk analysis, he has served as an international consultant. In Colombia, he designed and created a risk analysis system for the food industry.

Today, Cristian is the innovation engine of Ripple Holdings.

Jorge Kauam

Jorge Kauam 

Chef & Master Chocolatier

Jorge Kauam is a chef and chocolatier with a unique profile and a proposal that combines Caribbean and Middle Eastern flavors with European techniques. He has won gastronomic competitions for his creations and desserts.

In 2010 he completed a master’s degree in molecular and avant-garde cuisine, integrating a new asset to his repertoire.

His philosophy is based on three main characteristics: flavor, texture, and presentation, and through these pillars, he makes his creations. He works in a very mindfully, straightforward way, harnessing the power of food and its transformative emotional power.

Jorge is the main chef and chocolatier at Ripple Holdings, leading the design and development of products and supervising the quality of the ingredients integrated into each recipe. He infuses his authentic style into his creations and translates Ripple’s vision for the highest quality and memorable sensory experiences.

Juan David comes from the artistic world where he has worked as an actor, film, and television director.

He has a close relationship with nature, wellness, and health.

Today, Juan David is one of Ripple Holdings’ innovative proposals leaders.
